The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for a complete renovation of the infields of the four baseball fields at the North Glynn Recreation Complex Baseball Complex (Approximately 30,100 Sq. Ft.) to improve drainage and water retention issues on the fields. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications.
