The Board of Commissioners, Brunswick, Georgia is interested in seeking proposals from a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design and permitting of improvements to the County maintained Sterling Ditch as outlined in the document titled “Sterling Recommended Storm Drainage Improvements” by Pittman Engineering as part of the Golden Isles Parkway Drainage Study project (attached) and referenced as the Concept Design. The scope of services provides more detail as to the specific services requested.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:00 AM, April 20, 2021 at the W. Harold Pate Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room 216, 1725 Reynolds St, Brunswick, Ga. 31520, followed by a site visit. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen, at no later than April 28, 2021 . All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than May 17, 2021. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Proposal will be promulgated to all addressees as an amendment. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. It shall be the Proposers responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the opening of proposals.

Hand-delivered proposals may be submitted up to 1:55 PM on May 20, 2021. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the name(s) of those Proposers responding will be mentioned. No proposal may be modified in any way after the deadline for proposal openings.
