            First requests for SPLOST 6 funding were provided as follows:

            Glynn County Airport Commission                                      $11,700,000

            Brunswick Golden Isles Airport:

Project 1:         Airport Industrial Park Infrastructure             $1 million

            Project 2:         Development Industrial Hangar                     $8 million

            Project 3:         Replacement of Fire Station 5                        $1 million

            Project 4:         Replacement of Airport Utility Lines              $1 million

            McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport:

            Project 5:         Auto Parking Rehabilitation                            $700,000        

The Airport Commission also presented items for the proposed Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST).

            Project 2:         New digital channels (from 4 to 9 channels) $1.61 million

            Project 4:         Renovation of 911 Center                               $264,500

On behalf of the Board, Chairman Sublett asked the presenters to provide their list of projects in priority order.

The Board met for discussion purposes only; no action was taken.

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

The Board of Commissioners did not hold an executive session during this meeting.
