Mobile Home Owners - Notice
Effective January 1, 2006, it is a Georgia State law that a mobile home can only be moved and set up by a registered and licensed installer. There are no exceptions to this law.
When the County Inspector makes a final inspection for the electrical power, he must verify that the installer's permit has been placed on the inside panel box. If there is not a permit, electrical power will not be approved by the Building Inspection Department.
