Professional Experience: Government Contract Administrator on various United States Navy aircraft overhaul and maintenance programs prior to accepting the position as General Manager of Stambaugh Aviation in 1987. Extensive experience in business operations and contract negotiations, point lead on all contracts and bids on government contract programs. Assumed control as Co-0wner of Stambaugh Aviation in 2004. Currently serves as the Accountable Manager and is responsible for all administrative and financial operations; FAA liaison; contract negotiations and mitigation; experience in international business and finance due to extensive overseas customer base.
Civic and Community Service: Past member, President, and Vice-President of the Elizabethtown, PA Jaycees chapter; past member of the Brunswick Jaycees; current member of the Brunswick Exchange Club;
Government Experience: No previous governmental service
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Susquehanna University; Government Contract Law and Administration training from the George Washington University.
Personal: Married for over 25 years to Emelia Stambaugh. They have two daughters and are members of Lakeside United Methodist Church.
