Location and Purpose
Our Customer Service section, located in our main lobby area on the first floor of the Pate Building, provides information and property owner assistance regarding real and personal property to the general public in person, as well as by telephone, correspondence, fax and electronic mail.

Customer Service employees are able to provide answers to a wide range of questions, such as, ownership information, lot dimensions, parcel number, building square footage, property location, deed reference, sale information, and values. Staff also provides answers and guidance to customers' inquiries regarding exemptions and mobile home assessments. Customer Service also includes internet access to public information maintained by our office.

Public information terminals are conveniently accessible to the public in our main lobby for researching records. Many property owners, as well as professionals such as real estate appraisers, real estate agents, attorneys, and title abstractors visit our office each month seeking information.
