The Georgia Department of Community Affairs recently awarded Glynn County a Community Home Investment Program (CHIP) grant. The CHIP program is a federally funded initiative managed by the states but provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. Grant funds are to help low to moderate income families do home repairs and address code violations affecting the dwellings.
Please note that grant funds can only be used in the CHIP approved areas. Please click on the map to see the CHIP designated area. No property outside this map can receive assistance through this grant.
