Rental Policy

Park/Bandstand can be rented when no event is booked in the Casino Atrium or theater
No vehicles are allowed on the grounds
Ground stakes are prohibited
Any public gathering of 100 or more persons requires a police permit (Ch 2-26-4 GCCO)
Parks are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Ch 2-11-6 GCCO)
No alcohol is allowed in any county park (Ch 2-11-11 GCCO)
Noise above 60 decibels is not allowed (Ch 2-9-55 GCCO)
Picnic area is not included in rental, it is open to the public and is first come, first served
