Thursday, April 9, 2020, Property Records will STOP accepting documents to be filed at 2:00 P.M.
No Data Input on Friday, April 10, 2020.  We will still accept documents to be filed; however, they will not be recorded until Monday, April 13, 2020.
Please plan accordingly.  There can be NO exceptions.

Clerk of Superior Court maintains an index and copy of all recorded documents pertaining to real property located within the county.
