What is required to get married if over 18?
You both will need to come in with a State and/or a Government issued photo id with date of birth, Final Divorce Decree and/or Death Certificate if married before, and $70.00

What is required to get married if under 18?
First no one under 16 can get married in the State of GA. You both will need to come in with a State and/or a Government issued photo id with date of birth, Current copy of Birth Certificate, and both parents are required to come in with State and/or a Government issued photo id to sign for parental consent for the minor to get married.

What is required to get married if over 18?
You both will need to come in with a State and/or a Government issued photo id with date of birth, Final Divorce Decree and/or Death Certificate if married before, and $70.00

Do you require a Blood Test to get married in Georgia?
No. This law changed as of July 1, 2003
