The property/business owner is responsible for the purchase and the installation of the driveway. Glynn County will only perform the inspection.

What do I submit with the Right of Way/Driveway permit application?
You must submit a detailed drawing with both Right of Way and Driveway permit applications and a traffic plan with Right of Way permit application.
3.
What is the cost of the Driveway/Right of Way Permit?
The County has a fee of $100.00 to offset the expense and must be collected before the permit is received.
