    Purpose: To receive citizen input on proposed improvements to the parking lots at Coast Guard (East Beach) and Massengale Park and the proposed parking fee. Citizen input will also be received on a proposed SPLOST (special purpose local options sales tax) for capital projects. Time permitting, other local issues will be addressed.
